The pre-employment screening will be customized to the client’s request and can include county, state and national criminal background checks, drivers license reports, social security verification, credit checks, sex-offenders list, family service checks, and verification of education, professional and personal references.

Background checks
All background checks are completed by the individual client's specifications and can include:

• Criminal - National, state and county
• Address verification - Present and past addresses will be verified as directed by the client
• Telephone number verification - PIR will verify that the crrent phone number is active and in the subjects home
• Reference checks - Verification of all references provided
• Neighbor interviews - PIR will conduct a personal interview with the subjects past and present neighbors to verify all information
• Previous Employment history - All previous employment will be verified
• Family history - PIR will verify information on each direct family member
• Verification of birth - A birth certificate will be provided in the completed report
• Education verification - Verification of each educational facility and degree obtained
• Current or former spouse information - Marriage license and divorce decree will be verified
